Mobile Tornado’s MDC5000 dispatch console enables you to manage your remote and mobile workforces from a control room. Staff can be located, tracked and managed, wherever they are in the world. It is the only dispatch console in the world to support up to 64 simultaneous push-to-talk over cellular radio group sessions for workforce management.
The MDC5000 dispatch console enables group and individual communications, emergency (SOS), location monitoring and more. The location tracking feature and GPS-enabled devices enable you to know the whereabouts of you people in real time, wherever they are in the world. This allows you to quickly locate workers and make informed decisions in actual time.
Automatic location information is provided once the SOS button is pressed, allowing you to quickly locate a worker in an emergency and respond faster. It also enables you to find the closest users to the user who has pressed the SOS button so that the controller can directly make calls to these users.
Mobile Tornado’s IPRS™ system automatically records the major events associated with an emergency incident, including the time the call arrived, the time of acknowledgement by a controller and the time case closure.
