Description

The PB-WBT-M1 – SMC Panic Badge is a battery-operated personal alert system, in the form of a standard identification card holder and is intended for indoor use. It provides indoor location data, using existing WiFi infrastructure and optional Bluetooth iBeacons.
The use of existing infrastructure drastically reduces the barrier to entry, offering basic internal tracking with a small start-up cost, whilst allowing the system to expand and become more accurate as more beacons and badges are added.
