Connecting teams in all Asda superstores across the UK
ASDA approached VoCoVo as part of a plan to overhaul the technology in a number of its stores. Their focus centred around generating efficiencies at a scale that would enhance colleagues ability to multi-task, whilst also looking to continuously improve the service they offer by streamlining their checkouts and preventing any delays that hold up the customer experience.
TGI Friday
Serving up a storm with TGI FRIDAYS
TGI Friday brought VoCoVo into the fold to deliver a little forward thinking and innovation as part of a wider strategy aimed at tackling inefficiencies while staying fresh and relevant in a rapidly evolving market landscape brimming with fast-growing newcomers. VoCoVo hardware now features as part of the communications infrastructure across their UK restaurants.
Wickes
Building a stronger workforce
Wickes was already using headsets throughout its stores to increase store efficiency and improve customer experience. However, their existing wireless headset system was not robust enough, resulting in large, frequent repair bills. It also lacked some key functionality that Wickes wanted to introduce for their staff.
Jack's
Creating an efficient, customer experience
They decided to mark the occasion with the launch of a new brand, to honour its founder – Jack Cohen. The new store, branded ‘Jack’s’ would move into more cost-efficient space, whilst remaining part of the Tesco family. Jack’s stores would sell a smaller range of products – offering the best possible value.
Halfords
At Halfords, journeys are important
Halfords wanted to invest in a communications infrastructure update to meet the challenges of growth and prevent inefficiencies in increasingly demanding day-to-day operations. The goal was to confine communication to team-only broadcasts while creating other measurable efficiencies by better connecting departments, teams and individuals across the ample floorplans that are typical of Halfords stores.
Sussex Exchange

The feedback from The Sussex Exchange has been encouraging with stakeholders reporting a “100% change” and an instantaneous, ‘ten-fold’ increase in efficiency and
productivity that is benefiting staff throughout different departments in day-to-day, weekly and monthly operations, events and circumstances.
